BioCréationBois is a craft woodworking company that was founded in 1989 which has devoted itself to creating and manufacturing shelves and bulk distribution displays specifically intended for organic health food stores. Throughout the years, we have participated in the furnishing layout of several hundred organic health food stores. We custom-design our furniture using solid wood that is absent of fungicides or insecticides. The finished product is protected with natural oils or natural varnish (Biofa). We take a particular interest in furniture specifically designed for: fruits and vegetables, baked goods, wine cellars, cosmetics, libraries, reception offices, cash desks, as well as displays destined to contain bulk produce such as dried fruit or grains. We are the sole distributer in France for New Leaf and Trade Fixtures' gravity bin's and scoop bins. We constantly strive to improve the technical and practical aspects of our furniture: solidity, assembling of, adjustments, and capacity. Special attention is given to shape, volume, and materials (wood and metal) used so that the aspect of the finished product is harmonious and aesthetically pleasing. We essentially work with local maritime pine known to be reasonably dense. In certain cases, we use beech wood, ash wood, or oak. While our shelves and bulk distribution displays may be to some extent standardized, the designs remain flexible and can be modified for a more custom-built look to suit particular needs.
