Baked Goods and Bread Shelf

Self service counter is the simplest solution which involves placing bread on basic shelves. Despite this simple method, most organic health food stores prefer displaying up front, with an over the counter system, the diversity and beauty of an artisan’s naturally levened bread. If the second choice is the one favored, you will need to package the bread in order to respect sanitary laws which will in turn inhibit the olfactory and visual senses the bread has to offer. We have designed crate like shelves with abutments on the facade and are adjustable in height and in position. The frame of the shelf can either be solid or crate style. These backings are recommended for these shelves to diminish the scattering of crumbes. You can include craft made baskets, mirrors, lighting, low tension lighting, or LEDs. Over the counters services usually choose to associate the cheese section with the bread and that the furniture is best when made small in order to maintain a full display throughout the day. However, many suppliers impose divisions between each baker. On the bottom part of the shelf, you may choose to add drawers or bins with wheels underneath. For some time now, we build actual bakeries in certain stores which include a cutting board, a bread slicing machine, and a place to wash hands… We like to propose surfaces made of solid oak, glass and brass.
